This size TFT LCD monitor is portrait mode with wider viewing angle by POL adjustment, left: 45/right: 45/up: 50/down: 20 degrees (typical).Optional RTP or CTP.
This HC-220BI4501 module has built-in ST7789V2-G4 controller IC, supports MCU interface, power supply voltage (VCC) range is 3.0V to 3.6V, brightness is 390 nits (typ), and contrast ratio is 800:1. This module is Industrial ideal for communication equipment, medical equipment, etc. The module can work at temperatures from -20°C to +70°C; its storage temperature range is -30°C+80°C.
