K230J3607 is a 2.31 inch tft display screen module with optional resistive touch screen and capacitive touch screen control with a resolution of 320×240 pixels. This size TFT LCD display is portrait mode, with wider viewing angle through POL adjustment, left: 70/right: 70/up: 60/down: 70 degrees (typical).Optional RTP or CTP.
This K230J3607 module has a built-in ILI9342C controller IC, supports MCU interface, the power supply voltage (VCC) range is 3.0V to 3.6V, the brightness is 380 nits (typ), and the contrast ratio is 800:1. This module is suitable for household appliances, medical Industrial ideal for equipment, etc. The module can operate at temperatures from -20°C to +70°C; its storage temperature range is -30°C to +80°C.
